Prestige Auto Repairs & Tires repairs European, exotic and EV vehicles at two shops in Oakland Park and Fort Lauderdale. We are hiring 3 service / shop managers who can sell with confidence and run a busy repair shop.
What you will do
- Greet customers, write repair orders and explain repairs clearly, in person, by phone and by text.
- Build estimates from the technician’s photo inspection, present recommended work and close sales.
- Manage technician workflow, parts ordering and the commitments you make to customers.
- Handle insurance and extended-warranty claims with adjusters and warranty companies, including CarMax MaxCare.
- Grow fleet, dealer and company accounts.
- Protect our reputation with follow-ups, reviews and customer care.
What we are looking for
- Proven sales ability as a service advisor, service manager or shop manager.
- Solid knowledge of automotive repair and repair-shop management.
- European, exotic or dealership experience is a plus.
- Shop-management software experience. We use Mitchell 1.
- Organized, honest and great with people.
- English required. Spanish is a plus.
Pay and schedule
- Full time.
- Pay is discussed at the interview, based on your experience and sales track record.
