Closest shop: Fort Lauderdale
Pembroke Pines stretches a long way west, from its eastern neighborhoods near North Perry Airport almost to US-27 and the Everglades. That makes the distance to our Fort Lauderdale shop depend heavily on where you live: about 20 miles from City Center, and close to 28 from the far western neighborhoods. We don’t have a shop in Pembroke Pines; we serve Pembroke Pines drivers at our Fort Lauderdale and Oakland Park shops.
- East and central Pembroke Pines: take Pines Boulevard east to Florida’s Turnpike north, then I-595 east and I-95 north. Exit at Sunrise Boulevard, head east past Andrews Avenue, and turn south onto NE 4th Avenue.
- West Pembroke Pines (Silver Lakes, Chapel Trail, Pembroke Falls): take I-75 north from Pines Boulevard or Sheridan Street, merge onto I-595 east, then I-95 north to Sunrise Boulevard.
- Southeast corner: Hollywood Boulevard east to I-95 north works too. Exit at Broward Boulevard and head north on NE 4th Avenue through Flagler Village.
Fort Lauderdale shop: 930 NE 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304, (954) 562-8045, Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 7 PM. Sunday visits go to the Oakland Park shop, 250 NE 44th St, (954) 303-0758.
Neighborhoods we serve
Pembroke Lakes and the area around Pembroke Lakes Mall and C.B. Smith Park, Towngate, Pembroke Shores, Century Village, Pembroke Falls, Silver Lakes, Chapel Trail, and the neighborhoods near Memorial Hospital West and Broward College’s south campus on Pines Boulevard. Neighbors in Miramar and Cooper City take the same highways north.
Highway miles add up
Most Pembroke Pines commutes involve real distance: north on I-75 or the Turnpike toward Fort Lauderdale, or south toward Miami-Dade. Long highway mileage changes what a car needs.
- Oil and fluid intervals. Highway miles pile up fast, so service intervals arrive sooner on the calendar than many owners expect. We follow the factory schedule for your car and use the correct oil specification. See European oil change for the brands that require specific approvals.
- Brakes. Stopping from highway speed at the bottom of a Pines Boulevard off-ramp heats rotors hard. A steering-wheel shimmy under braking usually means uneven rotors. See brake repair.
- Tires. Heat, speed and heavy SUVs wear tread quickly. Rotate on schedule and check pressure monthly; low pressure in the heat is what cooks a tire.
- Cooling and A/C. Afternoon traffic on Pines Boulevard and Flamingo Road in summer is where weak radiators, fans and A/C compressors show themselves.
Storm season in Pembroke Pines
The western half of the city is low and flat, crossed by canals and lakes, and heavy rain can leave water standing on streets and in parking lots. If your car stalled in water, don’t try to restart it repeatedly. Water drawn into the engine can bend internal parts. Our hurricane and flood car guide covers what to photograph for insurance and what to check, and we help with the claim.
Buying a used car in southwest Broward
Pembroke Pines families often shop for a second car or a first car for a new driver, and southwest Broward has plenty of dealers and private sellers to choose from. Before you buy, book a pre-purchase inspection. We scan every module for stored codes, check for oil and coolant leaks, measure brakes and tires, look for flood and accident repair, and road-test the car. You get photos and a written report, which gives you something concrete to negotiate with, or a clear reason to keep looking. After a storm season, checking for water damage matters more than usual.
Every make, under one roof
We repair the cars Pembroke Pines actually drives: Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Chevrolet, Jeep and Ram, plus Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover and Volvo, exotics, and EVs from Tesla, Rivian and Lucid. Body and paint are done in-house. Spanish is spoken at both shops.
What to do next
Call (954) 562-8045, book online, or send the estimate form with your VIN and photos, so we can prepare before you make the drive. We inspect the car, send photos and a written estimate, and do only the work you approve. Repairs carry our 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty. If you’d rather not drive in, call the shop to schedule pickup through concierge pickup and delivery.
